DEVELOPMENT LOGISTICS GROUP NAMED DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
OF BAY STREET VILLAGE & TOWNCENTER MIXED-USE PROJECT
SARASOTA — Development Logistics Group LLC, a Sarasota-based firm, has been named development manager for Bay Street Village & Towncenter, a 45-acre mixed-use development in Osprey, Florida.
Being developed by Bay Street Partners, LLC at Tamiami Trail and Bay Street, the project’s New Urbanist development plan include 130,000 square feet of LEED-certified “green” retail, professional office, restaurant space and open civic space within the mixed-use area.
Residential plans include approximately villas and a four-star hotel.

DEVELOPMENT LOGISTICS GROUP NAMED DEVELOPMENT MANAGER OF HUDSON CROSSING LUXURY CONDOMINIUM PROJECT IN SARASOTA
SARASOTA — Development Logistics Group LLC, a Sarasota-based firm, has been named development manager for Hudson Crossing, a luxury condominium project near downtown Sarasota, Florida.
Being developed by 888 Partners LLC, led by Harry Rosenblum, Hudson Crossing will include 12 three-bedroom luxury condominiums and four penthouses built in British Colonial style architecture. The development, neighboring Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, includes deep-water boat slips on Hudson Bayou with access to Sarasota Bay.
